Nintendo fans should not complain about low number of games which will be released on upcoming Nintendo Switch console. Recently, the list of potential titles, which will be available on new Nintendo’s console, has been leaked. The amount is not big, but according to the source, this is only a part of games which we will be pleased to enjoy on Nintendo Switch.
This information comes from Laura Kate Dale Twitter account. She cooperates with several international gaming magazines and services like Polygon, Kotaku, Destructoid, Rock, Paper and Shotgun. The Nintendo Switch console is expected to be available in our shops in the middle of March 2017. At the same time, 5 games will be available:
- 3D Mario,
- Mario Rabbids RPG,
- Splatoon (conversion from Wii U, it will be probably the pack-in game),
- TES V: Skyrim,
- Just Dance 2017.
Of course, this is not the full list. A lot of games will be conversion from older Nintendo’s console. During the first six months after the Nintendo Switch release, we will see on the market:
- Super Smash Bros (conversion),
- Zelda: Breath of the Wild (will be available also on Wii U),
- Guardian of the Galaxy,
- Mario Kart 8 (conversion),
- Xenoblade Chronicles X (conversion),
- Mario Maker (konwersja),
- Silver Case.
Before the end of the next year, we will get also:
- Pokemon Stars,
- new Sonic,
- new Pikmin.
You can also check the leaked info graphic which reveals also additional games for Nintendo Switch. According to rumors, Ubisoft is working on the Beyond Good & Evil, which will be the exclusive title on new Nintendo’s console. However, Rayman Legends was also planed to be released as the Wii U exclusive title, but later on it was available also on other platforms. I think that the final number of Nintendo Switch games will depend on the sales results of this interesting 2-in-1 console.
